Please note that your use of our hosting and design services is governed by the following Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Please note that it is our policy and our practice to terminate accounts associated with an AUP violation immediately.

Hate/Crime:

The display of hateful, racism, sexism material.

Criminal Skills:

The display of Bomb making, Burglary, Murder, Drugs and drug paraphernalia .

Cults/Satanism:

Many of the problems in our schools have been linked to these type of sites. The display or exchange of this type of material through our systems will result in immediate termination of service.

Pornographic/Adult:

The display or exchange of pornographic material through our systems will result in immediate termination of service.

Spam: (Unsolicited Commercial Email - UCE). The transmission of spam (unsolicited commercial email) will result in immediate termination of service. This applies whether the spam was sent through our systems or includes a reference to an email, web, or other Internet address hosted on our systems. Our mail servers are equipped with Spam and anti-virus software. However, should you be receiving spam or email with a virus payload, please contact us immediately.

Warez: (illegal/copyrighted software)

The exchange, trading, dissemination, storage, or archiving of materials for which you do not have a copyright license or the transfer of which violates the license, will result in immediate termination of service.

This policy applies to all of our hosted web sites as well, without condition!
